This kit uses RT-PCR for in vitro detection of CYP2C9*2, *3, and *17 polymorphism associated with clopidogrel resistance in peripheral blood, identify gene polymorphism between different patients and provide the basis for individualized clopidogrel medication.
The test uses specific gene sequences as PCR target regions. Human genomic sequence is used as internal quality control.
