This kit uses RT-PCR for in vitro detection of APOE 338T>C, 526C>T, SLCO1B1 388A>G, and 521T>C polymorphism in peripheral blood, identify gene polymorphism between different patients and provide the basis for individualized nitroglycerin medication.
The test uses specific gene sequences as PCR target regions. Human genomic sequence is used as internal quality control.
