This kit uses RT-PCR for in vitro detection of polymorphisms of CYP2C9*2 (C430T), CYP2C9*3 (A1075C), and VKORC1 site-1639 (G>A) associated with warfarin metabolism in peripheral blood.
Based on test results, appropriate initial dosage of warfarin for patients with different genotypes to obtain timely individualized treatment plans.
The test uses specific gene sequences as PCR target regions. HUman genomic sequence is used as internal quality control.
