Today, a series of seminars for talents were held in Suzhou. Experts in various fields were invited to freely talk about their feelings of working and living in Suzhou, putting forth suggestions on talent policies and services, and contribute “golden ideas” for talent recruitment and retention. Zhai Keqiang, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, attended and presided over the meeting. Guo Jing, Deputy Director of the Talent Office of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, attended the symposium. Dr. Tammy Tan, CEO of HymonBio, was invited to attend the meeting.
At the symposium, Zhai Keqiang carried out in-depth exchanges with experts, and stressed that the Talent Office of the CPC Municipal Committee should carefully take note and comprehend valuable opinions and suggestions, increase the publicity and interpretation of talent policies, innovate publicity forms, expand publicity carriers and make every effort to build up the work brand of “everyone who comes to Suzhou must have something to do” according to the different needs of the diverse groups who come to and stay in Suzhou.
At the seminar, Dr. Tan, CEO of HymonBio, forward targeted opinions and suggestions for implementing residence policies, talent services, the introduction of young talents, high-end talents and overseas talents, talent publicity work and better play the role of human resources institutions in attracting talents.
