Dr. Tan Invited to Attend the Talent Seminar in the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone

On the morning of April 11th, the East China University of Technology Talent Introduction Special Event and the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone Special Promotion Conference were grandly launched. Zhu Yongming, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone, Gao Yixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Chemical Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology, Wang Shan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Art Design and Media, and relevant responsible comrades attended the event, along with the chairman of HymonBio.

Dr. Tammy Tan expressed that during her 5-year teaching experience at East China University of Technology, she deeply experienced the cultural experience and atmosphere of the students and their hard work. She hopes the Taicang Port Area and East China University of Technology sow the seeds of cooperation and jointly reap the fruits of labor from industry-education integration.

Zhu Yongming stated that the integrated development of Taicang Port Industry City requires more outstanding students to join, and professional types of each college of East China University of Science and Technology are highly compatible with the needs of industrial talents in the port area. Gao Yixia stated that last month, the School of Art and Media at East China University of Technology signed a cooperation agreement with HymonBio Co., Ltd., a key enterprise in the port area, to jointly build an industry university research base and engage in deep cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research, and other aspects, hoping that more outstanding enterprises in the port area can communicate and exchange with schools in the future, and looks forward to new collisions and integration between the school and enterprises around disciplines, talents, technology, industry, and other aspects.
